Madison Kurtz, PA-C | Orthopaedics
Madison Kurtz earned her Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University, and she earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Madison works with our orthopaedic surgeons and provides care for patients of all ages with sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders and fractures.
Dr. Jesse Miller | Primary Care Sports Medicine
Dr. Miller earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota. He completed his residency with the Spokane Family Medicine Residency, an affiliate of the University of Washington, and his fellowship in Primary Care - Sports Medicine through the Ohio State University. After graduating from his fellowship, he spent two years working at the University of South Carolina as an Assistant Program Director, as well as a team physician for South Carolina State University. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and has a particular interest in ultrasound-guided procedures.
Dr. Mehwish Moinuddin | Primary Care Sports Medicine
Dr. Moinuddin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at Northwestern University and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the Department of Family and Community Health and she completed a fellowship in Primary Care – Sports Medicine with our State College Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine team in 2021. We are grateful that she has now come back to State College with Penn State Health. Dr. Moinuddin enjoys helping patients achieve their activity goals and addressing specific musculoskeletal concerns.
Jolene Stell, PA-C | Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Jolene Stell earned her Associate's Degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant and her Bachelor of Science at Mount Aloysius College. She furthered her education y achieving a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Chatham University. Jolene works directly with our physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, as well as our orthopaedic surgeons to care for patients with sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, fractures and spine care needs. She will be working directly with Dr. Billy, assisting in spine care.
